Applied AI + Analytics Leader

Anirudh Kumar
Applied AI, built on 7 years of analytics

Seven years turning data into decisions across fintech and consumer growth — experimentation, BI, and analytics at Intuit, LTV, and Self Financial. Systems thinking is how I work — I design and ship the applied-AI layer: tooling, agents, products end to end.

  • $20M+/yrin brand revenue I owned the analytics for
  • 10+A/B tests shipped at Self Financial

About

A systems thinker who ships the fix

Most people see the world as a sequence of mysteries. I see patterns and systems: work backwards from the problem, make the rules explicit, then build a process that improves with use.

Analytics is where that instinct showed up first. Seven years across Intuit, LTV, and Self Financial turned dashboards into models, models into experiments, and experiments into the way product teams made decisions.

The side projects—including PasteDrop, TrimText, TypingReps, and three Chrome extensions—come from noticing a small friction enough times that shipping the fix becomes easier than continuing to tolerate it.

Outside work, I am a 14-year-old Maltipoo's full-time bodyguard and older brother, a math and reading regular, and drawn to anything that punishes sloppy thinking.
